Our Exotic Hardwood Cigar Ashtray
is a stylish and functional piece, handmade from premium hardwood species like Wenge and Zebrawood. It can hold up to four cigars and has a non-flammable aluminum medallion for extinguishing. Treated with Odie's oil, this ashtray is both water-resistant and a great gift for any cigar enthusiast. However, it should not be left outside or placed in a dishwasher. Please note that each piece may have slight variations in wood figure and texture due to the use of natural materials.
This cigar ashtray is treated with Odie’s oil which is a very durable finish that lasts years without the need for retreatment. The walnut can be refreshed with mineral oil and wax finish such as Howard Butcher Block Conditioner from time to time as desired to bring back some sheen to the hardwood.

Why does the wood ashtray not catch fire?
Ashes from your cigar will not ignite a fire with treated walnut. The center medallion is aluminum and meant for snuffing your cigar so it won’t char the walnut. That said, NEVER leave a lit cigar unattended in a wood ashtray or any other.
