These knives are produced by Quintin and his Apprentices. The handles are made from dymalux. Dymalux is dyed birch veneers. The stainless steel we use is called AEB-L.
This Echo Paring Knife is made from high-quality stainless steel AEB-L with a 4" blade. The handle is constructed from dymalux, a type of dyed birch veneer, and the knives are expertly crafted by Quintin and his Apprentices. Razor-sharp and durable, this knife is perfect for food preparation tasks.
Always wash and dry by hand (Do not place in the dishwasher). Do not leave in the kitchen sink or in a drawer, it can dull the blade. A Ciamillo Woodworks Magnetic Knife Block is a great way to store high quality knives. Always cut on cutting boards. Basically wash it, dry it, store it in a blade safe manner.
