If you or someone you love is a hardcore griller, foodie, or professional chef, this beautiful edge grain walnut countertop board is sure to be one of the greatest gifts you could imagine. This generous board is 2ft x 2ft x 1.25in and features two wings which allow you to seat the board snugly at your counter's edge while in use. This amazing cutting board is also reversible with a juice groove on one side and flat on the other. The walnut edge grain cutting board also features optional 2 initial v-bit engraving for the ultimate in personalization.
To keep the board looking and performing well we recommend re-oiling with food grade mineral oil after each use. You simply wipe down with a wet soapy cloth, pat dry then allow to air dry completely (about 20 minutes), then apply and food safe mineral oil enriched with beeswax or paraffin. We recommend Howard Butcher Block Conditioner. *This product is NOT DISHWASHER SAFE
